Structuring and Providing Legal Advice to Family-Owned Enterprises
Especially today family-owned enterprises need comprehensive legal services and advice in multiple areas.
In my practice, I consider it my special mission to advise family-owned enterprises on how to secure their continued existence for the next generations and to provide the owners with the necessary instruments towards this end, such as e.g. family trusts.
Additional Practice Areas:
- Family trusts
- Private foundations
