Graduated as Doktor der Rechte (Doctor of Laws) in 1967.
Admitted to the bar in 1974.
Has lectured extensively for civil engineering exam preparatory seminars since 1974.
Has been a partner and senior partner since 1977 of the firm Kaan Cronenberg & Partner, Rechtsanwälte, Graz (and its predecessor firms). Has been a member of the examination board for judicial and bar exam candidates at the Court of Appeals [OLG] in Graz since the mid 1980’s.
Has lectured in civil law at the Technical University in Graz since 1993.
Construction and Planning Contracts
For more than 25 years I have specialized in legal questions relating to construction contracting and civil engineering. The fairly new practice area of procurement law has been added to my area of specialization.
Among my clients are both private and public contractors as well as planning and construction firms (local governments, construction developers, construction companies, architects, consulting engineers, civil engineers, chambers of engineering).
Through my highly diversified practice and my many years of lecturing and close cooperation with the chamber of engineers, I have acquired a wealth of specialized technical knowledge that allows me to thoroughly understand the often great complexity of an issue and to find the best legal solution for any problem.
