Education / References
Philipp Casper studied law at Karl Franzens University in Graz and the University of Regensburg (Germany) from 1993 until 1997. He graduated as Magister der Rechtswissenschaften [Master of Laws] in 1997.
He completed several traineeships with Austrian Banks (Bank Austria Creditanstalt, London Branch), the Austrian Trade Commission (London) and national (Schönherr Rechtsanwälte, Vienna) and international law firms (Allens Arthur Robinson, Melbourne). Further, he attended a legal English summer school at Oxford Brooks University. In 1998 he completed a court-internship in Graz and Vienna. Philipp Casper worked as legal associate with several renowned national and international law firms in Graz and Vienna (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer).
Philipp Casper was admitted to the Austrian bar in 2003. Since 2005 he is partner of Kaan Cronenberg & Partner, Attorneys at Law, Graz.
Construction and Public Procurement
In my practice, I advise national and international clients in manifold construction - related issues. I provide a full range of specialist construction law services to owners, contractors, suppliers, consultants, civil engineers and architects. My services range from (public) procurement, contracting methods, advise on contract administration, expert determination and dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration).
