In my practice I specialize on the law governing "water rights" and work on water-related legal issues of all types; I have acted on water issues before various courts and administrative authorities, including the Constitutional court and the Supreme administrative court.
My clients benefit from my profound knowledge of the Austrian Wasserrechtsgesetz [law governing water - related Issues] and my thorough familiarity with all relevant technical, geological, and hydrogeological as well as commercial industry aspects in this field.
I gladly accept the challenges posed by the complexity of the issues involved when I represent and advise power plant operators, water utilities, waste water disposal companies, property owners, and others.
